Barring accidents, disaster, recession or disease, the World Twenty20 final should be contested by England and Australia in a few days from now.The tossers who seed sides for ICC tournaments didn’t rate Australia’s chances of even getting to the Super Eights this year, much less the final. Everyone expected England to do well-ish, but ultimately go down fighting somewhere near the end.Yet these have been by far the best teams in the tournament and one of them deserves to be world T20 champs.So where did they get it right?
