Solidly-built Kiwi batsman Jesse Ryder appears to be fit and raring to go again after scoring a century for Wellington on the first day of a Plunket Shield match against Otago today.He’s been missing in action for a long time following his recurrence of a lower stomach muscle injury he picked up in the 2009 IPL, which put him out of this year’s tournament as well.His last Test was in August 2009 and this match indicates he is back to full (no pun intended) fitness. He made 103 off 109 balls and should be a dead cert to be included in New Zealand’s World Twenty20 squad.That should be the goal anyway - they can use his firepower.
