The two new IPL franchises joining the fray in 2011 are Pune and Kochi, who together paid more than the original eight franchises combined.Their arrival means at least another 60 players are required, of which as many as 20 could be international players.The questions remains, therefore: who of the international players not currently contracted to IPL franchises should be at the top of Pune and Kochi’s shopping lists?It’s a second chance for many players who just missed the cut, not to mention all the other good domestic players around the world who nobody has really taken notice of.
